By accessing or using The Vigilant Observer platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Curator team regarding your use of our digital monitoring ecosystem.
02Use of Service
The Service provides automated web change monitoring and AI-driven insights. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the following rules:

03Subscription Fees

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
04Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Vigilant Observer and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Any data monitored by the user remains the property of the original copyright holder. The Service acts only as a medium for observation and difference detection.

Our AI-driven features (The Curator) process monitored data to provide summaries and change analysis. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy, automated insights are provided "as-is" and should not be used as the sole basis for critical business decisions.
05Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Vigilant Observer, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
